Exovian delivers projects split into phases. Each phase is invoiced only after the client runs a non-technical approval check and confirms it does what was planned. When the client's budget does not cover the whole project, Exovian assesses financing and instalment options. The first step of every project is signing a non-disclosure agreement.

Projects start from modules already built and proven in production, which makes delivery a matter of weeks rather than months.

## Company registration with Apple and Google

Exovian handles the whole registration of a company with the app stores: it prepares the legal documentation, files the Dun & Bradstreet DUNS registration, opens and verifies the developer accounts on App Store Connect and Google Play Console, walks the legal representative through Apple's and Google's verifications, and leaves the app listings ready to publish with the privacy policy, privacy labels and data deletion link the stores require. The company keeps ownership of its accounts and of its apps.

There are three arrangements:

- **In the company's name:** organization accounts with Apple and Google, with DUNS registration. Registration and verification fee of $900. Separately, the company pays the stores directly: Apple's $99 annual fee and Google's $25 one-off payment.
- **In an individual's name:** personal accounts, with no DUNS registration or company documents. Registration and verification fee of $580, plus the same Apple and Google fees paid by the account holder. Google requires new personal accounts to run a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 consecutive days before publishing.
- **From Exovian's own accounts:** the apps are published from Exovian Developments LLC's already registered and verified accounts, with no fees and no registration charge. It is a courtesy for the projects Exovian builds, subject to Exovian's approval, and the apps can later be transferred to a company account.

Apple also requires a published, working website on a domain belonging to the organization. When the company has none, Exovian offers a landing page on its domain or a page on an exovian.dev subdomain, with the privacy and data retention policies included. The amounts on that page are reference prices; the final price is issued in a specific quote.

## How Exovian works

1. A non-disclosure agreement is signed before learning how the client operates.
2. Assessment of how the company works today and what rules govern its business.
3. A proposal split into phases, each with its scope, timeline, price and approval check.
4. Staged construction and delivery: while the client reviews one phase, the next is being built.
5. The client runs the approval check for the phase.
6. Only what has been approved is invoiced, and that payment releases the next phase.
7. Production release, training for the client's team, and warranty on the delivered software.

**How much do I have to pay to get started?**
Getting started is deliberately light: depending on the project, it begins with a deposit of no more than 10% of the total. It is not a financial barrier but a mutual commitment: you confirm the project is real, and we reserve the team to begin. Experience taught us that starting without that step burns weeks of work on projects that never come to exist, and that cost ends up being carried by those who do build. From there, the rest is paid against delivery — each phase once you approve it — or through a financing plan, if on assessment that turns out to be the better route for your case.

**How do you charge for a project at Exovian?**
Every project is split into phases. Each phase is delivered working and comes with its own approval check for the client, written in plain language so you can run it without technical knowledge. Once you confirm it does what was planned, that phase is invoiced, and that payment releases the next one. We never charge for progress you have not approved.

**Do you offer financing or instalments?**
We look at financing options when the available budget does not cover the full project. The terms depend on scope and schedule, and are set out in writing in the contract before we start.

**What happens if bugs or defects show up in a delivery?**
As long as the defect falls within the agreed scope, it is fixed at no cost. Every delivery carries its acceptance criteria and its review window, so both parties are clear from the outset about what is being approved. Anything that widens the scope or extends the originally contracted criteria is assessed: either it fits inside the current work, or it warrants a separate quote.

**How long does a project take?**
The first deliveries arrive within days, because we do not start from zero: they are assembled on modules already built and proven in production. A complete system is measured in weeks, not months. The exact timeline depends on the scope and also on how quickly your team can review and approve each phase.

**What do I receive in each phase?**
Working software, plus the specific instruction on how to check it. Not a progress report or a demo run by us: something you install, open or run, and confirm on your own.

**Who owns the code?**
As you settle each development phase, the code specific to your project is yours: your business logic, your screens, your rules. This excludes the pre-built Exovian code used to accelerate the work, which remains ours. In contracts where payment is split into a financing plan, the software becomes the client's once that plan has been paid in full.

**If the commercial relationship ends, am I left with an incomplete system?**
Once there are no outstanding financial obligations on your project, you keep the right to use the Exovian modules as they stood when development ended, and you also keep ownership of your project's code, so your system carries on working in full and nothing shuts down. What you stop receiving are the new versions of those pre-built modules. To keep getting updates you can subscribe to a maintenance plan or contract further work.

**Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement?**
Yes, and it is the first step. Before you give us the details of how your business runs, your information is already protected by contract.

**What warranty does the software carry?**
From 90 days (three months) of defect correction on the delivered code. The exact term is set in the development contract and the service agreement according to the scope of the project, and is never shorter than that minimum. The warranty covers failures in what was built: every acceptance criterion tested during development is covered. Changes in behaviour and new functionality are separate work and are quoted as such, although maintenance plans can absorb changes and new features within a mutually agreed scope.

**What level of support do you provide after launch?**
Every delivered project includes the defect warranty, with a minimum of 90 days. On top of that, operations that need continuous attention can take a maintenance plan, where response times and scope are set out in writing according to what each operation requires.

**What kind of systems do you build?**
Custom management and operations systems — including CRM and ERP — mobile apps for Android and iOS, web and desktop applications, AI process automation, document and image processing, conversational assistants, and integrations with the systems, equipment and sensors your operation already uses.

**Do you work with companies outside the United States?**
Yes. We work with clients in Chile, Mexico, Peru, Costa Rica and the United States, in Spanish and English. Exovian Developments LLC is a company legally incorporated in the state of Wyoming, United States, and meets its tax obligations there. We are not locally registered in any other country, but we can issue invoicing with the details each country requires to register us as a foreign supplier. If your company needs a particular format or procedure, we review it before signing and before committing to a contract.

**What do you need from me to quote?**
A conversation is enough for a range: what you need to solve, how you work today and what you expect to get. For a formal phased proposal we ask for a bit more: your processes described or diagrammed, the project's objectives, and access to the people who make the decisions.
