Apple and Google Registration

Your company, published on
Apple and Google

Exovian handles the whole registration: it prepares the documentation, files the DUNS registration, opens and verifies the developer accounts on the App Store and Google Play, accompanies the legal representative through the verifications, and leaves the app listings ready to publish. The company keeps ownership of its accounts and of its apps.

Prerequisites
Verify the company's legal documentationDeed of incorporation, current certificate of legal representation, company tax ID and the legal representative's ID card. A physical address with a bill in the company's name.
Registration with the DUNS organizationThe identifier Apple and Google use to confirm the company's registered name and address. It is requested with the company's legal details, and Exovian prepares the application and follows it up. It can take up to 30 days, which is why it is the first thing requested.
Verify the company's domain
Verify the holder's identity and addressID card or passport and a recent proof of address in their name. They must match the payments profile.
Personal Apple and Google accountsWith two-factor verification and a phone that stays active. A dedicated email is recommended, not the personal one used day to day.
A public page with the policies
Twelve testers for 14 daysA Google requirement for new personal accounts. It is covered with the company's own staff during the first phase of the project.
Developer accounts, DUNS, website, email and policiesExovian Developments LLC already meets everything the stores ask for, which is why this arrangement carries no fees and no registration charge. The app's privacy and retention policies are published on exovian.dev.
The company's consentA simple letter in which the company authorizes Exovian to publish the app on its behalf and acknowledges that it can request the transfer to an account of its own whenever it wants.
* Publishing subject to Exovian's approvalPublishing from Exovian's accounts is a courtesy for the projects we build, not a service that can be demanded. Exovian reserves the decision according to the type of app, the sector, the content and the stores' policies, and may decline it at no cost to the company. If that happens, the recommended route is registering in the company's name.

Notes

  • The store fees are paid by the company or the account holder directly with their card. Exovian does not handle them. Apple charges $99 every year; Google $25 once.
  • The DUNS registration is issued by Dun & Bradstreet in the company's name and is the same one for Apple and Google.
  • The app does not create accounts on its own: the administrator accredits each person. Even so, both stores require a public link to request data deletion, and the policy must explain how long the uploads are kept. That is covered in the policies.
  • The company's current website is not quoted as a repair. If the company prefers to fix it with its own provider instead of the landing page, all that is needed is for it to work again and to host the two policies, which Exovian drafts.
