Software built around how your company works

We build management systems, applications and automations that adapt to your operation — not the other way around. You test every delivery before you pay for it, and if the budget doesn't cover the whole project, we look at financing options.

Pay as you receive

Getting started is light, and every delivery is paid once it is already working in your hands.

02

Your project can start now

If the budget doesn't cover the full project, we look at financing options.

03

First deliveries arrive in days

We start from modules already built and proven in production. We don't start from zero.

04

You approve, then we invoice

Every delivery comes with its own check, in plain language. You run it yourself.

What is already built

Your project does not start from zero

We have pre-built code modules so we can quote straight for what is specific to your project.

Not a mock-up: it is running

Three minutes of a real assistant gathering a business's requirements: it understands what the company does, asks which process they want to automate, offers concrete options and closes with the data in order.

What you see here is what gets adapted to your own process.

How we work

From the first conversation to your system in production

We build trust one step at a time: you pay against delivery.

Two people signing the agreement across a meeting table The manager approving a delivery from his phone, satisfied
01

We sign an NDA

Before you tell us how your business runs, your information is already protected by contract.

02

We learn your operation

We map with your team how you work today, what hurts, and the rules that govern your business. That defines what gets built.

03

A proposal in phases

You receive the project split into phases, each with what it includes, its timeline, its price, and the check you will use to approve it.

04

We build and deliver

Phases are delivered in sequence. While you review one, we are already building the next.

05

You test it

Each phase comes with its approval check in plain language, no technical knowledge required. You run it and confirm it works.

06

You pay for what you received and approved

Only once you have tested the phase and confirmed it works is it invoiced. That payment releases the next phase.

07

Into production, with us alongside

We publish, train your team, and stand behind the software we delivered with a warranty. We don't hand it over and disappear.

Who we are

This is where we built our experience

Our team has built software where mistakes are expensive: banking, international remittances, media and logistics. That same discipline is what we bring to projects the size of yours.

Frequently asked questions

The four that come up most in a first conversation

How you pay, how long it takes, who owns the code and what the warranty covers. Answered straight.

How much do I have to pay to get started?
Getting started is deliberately light: depending on the project, it begins with a deposit of no more than 10% of the total. It is not a financial barrier but a mutual commitment: you confirm the project is real, and we reserve the team to begin. Experience taught us that starting without that step burns weeks of work on projects that never come to exist, and that cost ends up being carried by those who do build. From there, the rest is paid against delivery — each phase once you approve it — or through a financing plan, if on assessment that turns out to be the better route for your case.
How do you charge for a project at Exovian?
Every project is split into phases. Each phase is delivered working and comes with its own approval check for the client, written in plain language so you can run it without technical knowledge. Once you confirm it does what was planned, that phase is invoiced, and that payment releases the next one. We never charge for progress you have not approved.
How long does a project take?
The first deliveries arrive within days, because we do not start from zero: they are assembled on modules already built and proven in production. A complete system is measured in weeks, not months. The exact timeline depends on the scope and also on how quickly your team can review and approve each phase.
What warranty does the software carry?
From 90 days (three months) of defect correction on the delivered code. The exact term is set in the development contract and the service agreement according to the scope of the project, and is never shorter than that minimum. The warranty covers failures in what was built: every acceptance criterion tested during development is covered. Changes in behaviour and new functionality are separate work and are quoted as such, although maintenance plans can absorb changes and new features within a mutually agreed scope.
